Design and industrialization of high-end leather straps

Development of various leather straps (alligator, ostrich, calfskin, shark, etc.) with or without inserts, for a subcontractor specializing in production for prestigious watchmaking brands such as Jaquet Droz, Chopard, and Cartier.

Involvement throughout the entire process:

-3D product design: selection of materials, technical definition, and design in accordance with brand requirements.
-Industrialization: development of manufacturing processes, production optimization, and quality control.
