My position allows me to respond quickly, remotely or on-site, depending on your needs. I have my own equipment and integrate as an independent unit within your teams, working in perfect synergy with your technical office.
DO YOU MANAGE PRODUCTION?
I don't manufacture directly, but I manage all manufacturing and prototyping with specialized partners.
HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT LAST?
It depends on the scope of the project: from a few hours for a simple consultation to several months for the complete development of a watch. I adapt to your schedule and ensure a clear and transparent process at every stage.
